My QR is not working, what should I do?

If your QR is not working, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem:

1. Is your phone compatible with eSIM?

First of all, you need to make sure that your phone is eSIM compatible.

Besides being compatible, the device must also be unlocked.

2. Are you scanning from your phone's settings menu?

You cannot scan the QR code from your phone's camera.

You must go to your phone's settings menu and follow the correct procedure so that your phone knows you are scanning an eSIM.

3. Are you connected to a Wi-Fi network?

It is not possible to install an eSIM without a Wi-Fi connection. We recommend that you install the eSIM when you are at home with a stable connection.

4. Set up the eSIM manually

If you are still having problems, you can install the eSIM manually. When scanning the QR you can click on "Enter data manually". You will find all the required information in the email.

5. Did you already scan the eSIM QR code?

Please note that the eSIM QR code can only be scanned once. If you try to scan it more than once you may get an error message.
